Click Give Online below for online giving. There is a 2.2% +$0.30 fee for every online donation made to Beacon when using a credit card. We recommend that large donations be made using ACH (bank transfers) or by sending a check to our mailing address (above) to avoid the fees.
Giving online is simple and secure, and will only take a few moments to go through the process. Beacon will never see your credit card information. We are a 501(c)3 organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible.

Donation Policy
PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for accepting donations at Beacon of Hope.
APPROVAL AUTHORITY
All donations must be approved by Terry Ballard, who is designated by the elders as the authority
for donation acceptance. This policy encompasses donations including paper products, furniture,
items left over from events (including weddings), contributions to our kids ministry and nursery,
and other items deemed relevant by Terry.
PREFERRED DONATIONS
While we appreciate all offers of items for use at Beacon of Hope, we prefer monetary donations as
they allow us to allocate funds to specific needs more effectively. As always, monetary donations
made to Beacon of Hope are tax-deductible.
UNACCEPTABLE DONATIONS
Beacon of Hope reserves the right to decline donations that do not align with our mission or current
needs. This includes but is not limited to perishable items, damaged goods, and items that require
significant resources to process or maintain. Please do not purchase any items for the church.
PROCESS FOR DONATION APPROVAL
Individuals or organizations wishing to make a donation should contact Terry Ballard directly to
discuss the nature of the donation and its suitability for our church. Please email Terry at

POLICY REVIEW
This donation policy will be reviewed periodically and may be updated as needed to ensure its
effectiveness and alignment with the mission and needs of Beacon of Hope.
