What can I expect?

Parking: We have plenty of parking both in our lot and along Terrace Court. When you arrive, drive down Terrace Court and turn left at the cul-de-sac into our main lot. If it’s full, you can park on the street or in the upper lot at the top of the hill. Handicap parking is available on the east side of the building, right in front of the main entrance, for easy access.
Nursery Check-In: During the service, we have two nursery rooms, one for infants and the other for toddlers (ages 1-3). Look for the iPad station near the counter to the left of the main entrance to check-in. For your child's safety, you’ll receive a matching tag so only you can pick up your child after the service.
Service Order: Our service lasts about 90 minutes. We begin with a time of singing and worship that includes kids ages 4 and up. Afterward, children ages 4–7 are dismissed to Kids Church for teaching and hands-on, exploration-based learning. Then there will be an expositional sermon, followed by another song and benediction. We pray this time of worship and teaching will encourage and strengthen your faith.
What to Wear: Come as you are—whether casual or dressy, you’ll fit right in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Learn more about our church and what you can expect when you visit us!

What denomination is Beacon of Hope?

Beacon of Hope is a non-denominational Bible teaching church.

Are you affiliated with The Master's Seminary?

Yes! Beacon of Hope is listed on The Master’s Seminary Church Finder. Our pastor, Stephen Lonetti, previously served at Grace Community Church under John MacArthur’s leadership after returning from nearly two decades as a missionary in Indonesia, where he shared the gospel with an unreached people group.

What is the membership process?

At Beacon of Hope, we value church membership because it strengthens both the individual and the church body. Twice a year, we offer a membership class over 6 weeks where you can learn what we believe, meet our leaders, and ask questions. Attending the class doesn’t obligate you to join—it’s an opportunity to explore membership and get to know our church better.

How do I get plugged into a small group?

During the school year (September–May), we offer Sunday School from 9:00–10:00 a.m. before the main service. We currently have three groups:

  • Agapetos – Young Adults / Unmarried

  • Joint Heirs – Married Couples

  • Sojourners – Seasoned Adults

In addition, we have men’s and women’s Bible studies that alternate meeting every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. These groups are a great way to grow in God’s Word and connect with others in a similar stage of life. Learn more about this year's Midweek Bible Study HERE

Can I watch online?

Yes - you can join our online experience, which is live every Sunday at 10:30am or watch on-demand throughout the week. Watch here.

Beacon is an Old English word referring to a light or fire set high on a hill to serve as a warning (of coming danger), a guide (for ships navigating through treacherous waters), or to signal a celebration. By God's grace, it is our prayer and aspiration that Beacon of Hope will truly be used by God to guide, warn, and celebrate as we proclaim the excellencies of Jesus Christ as the only hope for our generation (John 8:12; 1 Timothy 1:1).
